No. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you selected the wrong size, you may request a size change within 24 hours, subject to availability.
If a paid product becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of the order being placed.
We currently do not accept returns. Exchanges are offered only for fitting issues, subject to our exchange policy.
Yes. Exchange requests for fitting issues must be raised within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
Email us within 5 days with your order number, reason for exchange, garment photos, tag photos, and a clear photo showing the fitting concern.
No. Please try the garment with the original tag attached. Products with removed, cut, or damaged tags are not eligible for exchange.
You can request a size change within 24 hours of placing your order, subject to availability. After that, an exchange is only possible for a fitting issue under our exchange policy.
No. If purchased as a set, the complete set must be exchanged together.
If your exchange is approved but the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, in its original packaging, and have all original branding and tags intact. It must also match the original order and records in our system.
No. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or natural fabric characteristics and are not considered defects.
