1. Orders & Purchases
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product in accordance with these Terms of Service.
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the final price. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving limited stock, pricing or product-detail errors, or concerns identified through our payment and security checks.
If a paid product is found to be unavailable after your order has been placed, the full amount paid for that product will be refunded.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through verified third-party payment gateways. Pause Not Off does not store your card, banking, or other payment credentials.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected for the transaction.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within India.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Shipping charges for orders below this amount are calculated based on applicable shipping factors and displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 4–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is generally expected within 6–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and logistics provider.

4. Product Care
Our garments are made with carefully selected fabrics and considered craftsmanship. To preserve their quality, appearance, and longevity, please follow the care instructions provided with each product.
Pause Not Off is not responsible for damage, colour changes, shrinkage, or deterioration resulting from improper washing, handling, storage, alterations, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Pause Not Off website, including but not limited to product designs, photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, branding, illustrations, and other visual or written materials, is owned by or used by Pause Not Off with the appropriate rights.
No material from the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, or commercially used without prior written permission.
6. Exchanges, Refunds & Store Credit
All purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
We accept exchanges only in case of a fitting issue, subject to the conditions and approval process set out in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all original branding and return tags, packaging, and other applicable components intact.
Where an approved exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the requested size, store credit may be issued at our discretion, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Exchange Shipping
In the event of an approved exchange, any courier or shipping charges incurred by the customer for sending the parcel back to Pause Not Off must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated by us.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned parcels are securely packed. Pause Not Off is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during return transit until the parcel is received by us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pause Not Off shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.
This includes circumstances such as temporary service interruptions, technical errors, website issues, delays caused by third-party service providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
